This past weekend I moved a chiropractor table into my garage in preparation of a room remodel going on at my house. Here’s a step-by-step summary of what to do when changing an active page from one directory to another when on the same chiropractic website.
Here is the page we started with…

Page has a PR five
Ranked number five on Google for search term. That’s not anywhere near good enough.
Goal is to reposition page in a [...]

Chiropractic Website Urges Support For Organizations

Saturday, April 28th, 2007

Los Angeles: Keeping any organization going requires support and input from members. After all, it’s not one individual player that makes an organization successful, it’s the combination of working together as a team in pursuit of the organization’s mission that makes it so great.

The two chiropractic associations in California (and other chiropractic organizations across the globe) would benefit greatly by garnering increased support and participation from doctors in the field, vendors, educators, students, chiropractic family members, and even the people we serve.

Individuals working for chiropractic associations throughout the world put in lots of hours, often times voluntarily, and they don’t ask for anything in return. In my experience these individuals want to see the profession of chiropractic continue to grow and flourish so that more people will be able to receive chiropractic care than do today. I know of many chiropractors who have traveled all over the United States lecturing on the benefits of chiropractic care as well as lecturing about the great opportunities presented by becoming a chiropractor. Their main mission was to spread the message of chiropractic, without expectation of receiving something in return.

Support California Chiropractic Organizations

Friday, April 27th, 2007

I was just writing a check this afternoon, made out to the International Chiropractors Association of California, and I thought it would be a good idea to share with others the importance of supporting your local and state chiropractic organizations.
The ICAC had sent me a letter this month notifying me that they were updating personal [...]

Wednesday, April 25th, 2007

This may come too late as voting on this bill was yesterday, April 25, 2007. Information is being included on planet chiropractic for educational purposes only. A copy of the bill (AB 16) is available below PDF format. It is recommended that you visit the link for more information.

A bill being considered by the California legislature would strip parents of the right to exempt their child from vaccination. California residents who wish to express their views on this should contact legislators immediately.

Saturday, April 21st, 2007

Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, California is seeking a new college president after an announcement by Dr. Reed B. Phillips that he will be stepping down as the institution’s president. The California chiropractic college had been known as Los Angeles Chiropractic College (LACC) until only a few years ago when the school decided to add acupuncture to its curriculum and change the name of the institution to SCUHS.

Dr. Phillips has served as the president of the chiropractic college for the past 16 years. He will continue to serve as president of the school until a replacement is agreed upon. Dr. Phillips is a member of the Board of Directors for the Association of Chiropractic Colleges and was a signing member of the July 1996 ACC Chiropractic Paradigm, a position paper on the practice of chiropractic.
